About me
For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to listening — truly listening — to people’s stories. It feels natural for me to understand the inner world of a person and how they have navigated both the expected and unexpected pressures of life.
I am deeply curious, and I care. This allows me to meet people with warmth and presence, especially when they are feeling overwhelmed or unsure of themselves.
I am a qualified counsellor with lived experience of motherhood. My work has been shaped by both professional training and a deep understanding of how profoundly motherhood can change a woman’s emotional world and sense of identity.
I have also completed training in Mama Rising and matrescence-informed coaching, developed by Amy Taylor-Kabbaz, which explores the emotional and identity transition into motherhood.
I support women at all stages of motherhood — from early transition through to later, unexpected emotional shifts that can arise over time.
My work offers a calm, safe, and supportive space where women can slow down, speak honestly, and feel less alone in what they are carrying.
I do not believe mothers need to be fixed. I believe they need to be supported, understood, and given space to reconnect with themselves.
I hold space for the full emotional experience of motherhood, including grief, change, and growth.
My own children are now young adults. Looking back, I understand how much I longed for a space where I could feel truly heard and supported during my early years of motherhood. That experience deeply informs the way I hold space for women today.
